Sulets was set up with a clear mission, ‘To raise standards in accommodation for the students of Leicester. To be honest, transparent and fair in our actions and to enhance the student experience.’

This mission, when coupled with their not for profit, educational charity status, is delivered through a set of values that drive operational decision making. Their service is the marketing, letting and management of student accommodation for students studying at University of Leicester and De Montfort University.
