Costs
The Good Business Charter is heavily subsidised by our founder, Julian Richer. As a result we are able to ensure the accreditation is accessible to all by charging only a small fee for accreditation costs.
Sign-up fee
For organisations accrediting for the first time, there is a one-off sign-up fee in addition to the annual accreditation fee. This sign-up fee covers the administrative costs of processing a new application.
From year two onwards, organisations only pay the annual accreditation fee.
Annual accreditation fees
Annual accreditation fees are a flat rate based on the size of the organisation.
Each year, organisations are required to recommit to the ten components through the Accreditation Centre. If the accreditation lapses, an organisation will need to pay the sign-up fee again to reapply for accreditation.
Payment terms
GBC-accredited organisations are committed to paying invoices within 30 days, as per our Prompt Payment component.
